Your New Care Plan

What is the New Plan I Need to Choose?

You need to choose the High Deductible Health Plan during Open Enrollment.

Can I still be a member of Direct Primary Care Associates?

Yes! You can choose to keep your membership as long as you use the Health Savings Account (HSA) money to pay for it.

What happens if I do nothing?

If you don't take action, your membership will end and the McMinn County will stop paying for it. This means no more free visits, labs, or generic medications through them.

How much is the membership?

Adults: $79 a month.

Children (2 to 18): $35 a month.

Family plans are also available.

What is included with the membership?

You get unlimited visits, routine labs, and generic medications at no extra cost.
